Sr. Google Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a validated background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires expertise in handling and optimizing data processes and systems to drive business success.

• Lead the design and implementation of data visualization solutions using Qlik Sense Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Supervise the development of interactive dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide technical expertise in data modeling data integration and data transformation processes.
• Collaborate with business team members to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in visualizations.
• Optimize the performance of dashboards and reports for efficient data retrieval and user experience.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing visualizations to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in standard processes for data visualization and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all data visualization solutions and processes.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure magnificent data flow and integration.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on how to optimally use the dashboards and reports.
• Give to the continuous improvement of data visualization standards and practices within the organization.

• Possess strong expertise in Qlik Sense Tableau and Google Analytics.

The annual salary for this position is ($115,550 - $125,000) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
