Your Role on Our Team:

As an Order Management Analyst at Milwaukee Tool, you will be responsible for order fulfillment performance from our customer's perspective, the most visible part of the supply chain.

The Order Management Analyst role is responsible for activities dedicated to servicing all customer orders once they've landed in our ERP including execution of specific steps critical to ensuring order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, root cause analysis of process or systemic issues, and order history reporting. A high degree of attention to detail and self-direction is required to be successful in this role, with demonstrable experience with process improvement (internal and cross-functional).

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Executing critical steps to maintain uninterrupted order flow.
  • Gathering data using dashboards and queries to troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis.
  • Generating customer face order reports.
  • Communicating with internal customers on critical issues affecting overall performance.
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal customers that includes Supply Chain, Distribution, and IT.
  • Prioritizing workload and activities throughout the day and week.
  • Fully owning processes and recommending improvements to standards and procedures.
  • Proactively identifying areas of potential risk of non-compliance and working cross functionally to minimize customer impacts.
  • Working with manager to communicate metrics and performance with organization.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor/associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Direct experience in this area or related areas will be taken into consideration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong Excel and Analytical Skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/PPT).
  • Experience with ERP platforms and/or warehouse management systems.
