Pay: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: You'll need 1-2 years of leadership experience, the ability to lift to 50 pounds, and familiarity with forklifts, including sit-down and scissor lifts.

Job Duties: As a Warehouse Lead, you'll be at the helm of key operations, managing all three phases: pre-loadout planning, Loadout 2.0 execution, and post-loadout reviews. You'll also process Transfer Order requests and resolve any inventory variances that arise. Your day will include performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and assisting on the warehouse floor, encompassing various general duties to help the team meet daily goals. You'll also maintain a clean and organized loading dock and ensure the return process runs smoothly and efficiently.
