JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform various tests and inspections on products, equipment, or systems according to established test procedures and standards.
* Set up and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements.
* Record test data, observations, and results accurately and promptly.
* Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to analyze test results and make necessary adjustments or improvements.
* Maintain and update test equipment, tools, and fixtures as needed.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Participate in the development and improvement of test procedures and processes.
* Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures.
* Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other relevant tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
* Proficient in using computer software for data recording and analysis.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
