Job Overview

The Associate, Print Media is responsible for leading print production and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives. This role oversees annual and seasonal print planning, budget forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to support business objectives. The ideal candidate has expertise in print media operations, financial planning, and vendor negotiations, with the ability to manage high-volume projects across multiple brands.

What You Will Do

• Lead the annual print RFQ process, securing cost-effective vendor partnerships and overseeing print production planning.
• Manage seasonal print projects, providing estimates, tracking revisions, and optimizing page counts and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and print vendors to ensure seamless execution of print marketing initiatives.
• Oversee paper procurement, order management, and financial reconciliation, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Monitor print costs, forecast pricing trends, and provide strategic recommendations for budget planning.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and finance to streamline workflows and ensure timely project completion.
• Attend regular cross-functional meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and align on print media strategy.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will Need

• Expertise in vendor negotiations, budgeting, and cost forecasting for large-scale print projects.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, paper procurement, and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution of print initiatives.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial tracking systems.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in print media management, procurement, or production operations.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work
• Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
• This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
