We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Americas region (North and South America). This role will be critical in driving regional financial performance, improving strategic decision-making, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior management. The FP&A Manager will work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring high-quality financial insights, planning accuracy, and accountability across the region. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office. Responsibilities
