Position Title: Gluer Operator Lead Wage: $26.75 - $28.25/Hour Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift Hours: 8:15 AM - 6:15 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Tuesday - Friday) Feeling underpaid or undervalued? Gluer Operator Lead Responsibilities: - Working closely with supervisor to achieve safety and production goals - Reviewing job tickets for scheduling, process flow, and customer specifications - Checking materials for completeness and accuracy prior to completion - Communicating all aspects of jobs to operators and crew - Working closely with supervisors to train employees - Relaying any department supply needs while keeping inventory levels low - Maintaining machine logs and ensuring timely repairs - Performing first article quality approvals; supporting QA manager processes - Operating PIV's Requirements for Gluer Operator Lead: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Prior knowledge of die cutting procedures - Able to work with computers/software systems - Basic math skills - Able to lift up to 40 pounds QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
