The Staying Healthy After Childbirth (STAC) Program Enrollment Coordinator functions as a member of the clinic's patient care team that includes registered nurses and physicians. The Program Enrollment Coordinator meets with patients in the hospital to provide education for going home with telehealth blood pressure support after delivering a baby. The team member provides technical patient related functions and clerical functions in the ambulatory setting with limited supervision. The STAC-Program Enrollment Coordinator is also aware of the psychosocial needs of patients and families.

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Enrolled in a bachelors-prepared nursing program or certified as Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant
  • Enrolled in a bachelors-prepared nursing program or certified as Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPR certification by the American Heart Association or willing to be certified within 6 months of hire.
  • Certified as a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant
