Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:



  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant job experience.
  • High proficiency with ServiceNow.
  • Must be willing to work on site in Houston Texas during core business hours.


Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:



  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience


Preferred Qualifications



  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher is preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
  • Prior knowledge of integrations with SAP, Sailpoint, Ansible, SCCM, Active Directory, etc.
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.


Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.



  • Usually, normal in office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
