Building Maintenance Technician

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Building Maintenance FULL-TIME Opportunity in the four corners region.

• Starting Wage: $21/hour
• M-F Schedule or 4/10s
• Company supplied vehicles, tools

As a Building Maintenance Technician you will utilize basic facilities maintenance knowledge to support our non-emergent and emergent air transport facilities. Primarily perform repairs on electric, plumbing, sewer and drain, HVAC, landscape, cleaning and other facility systems. Will work with Facilities maintenance team in support of manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and the general appearance of buildings and property.
• Work with contracted vendors for supplies and services as required.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining appropriate stocking quantities of consumable supplies required for ambulances.
• Assist in the coordination and oversee distribution of consumable supplies for outlying stations.
• Coordinate, when needed, repairs and maintenance of building.
• Repair defects and report repetitive quality issues.
• Assist in training facilities personnel at all skill levels.
• Meet safety and QA/QC standards for all tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state issued Driver's License
• Previous maintenance experience
• Possess general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, sewer and drain, HVAC and other systems.
• Will be required to climb on vehicles and buildings and wear fall protection.
• Travel may be required to support additional bases in the Four Corners area such as Kayenta and Farmington.
