Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Coordinator

As the Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be responsible for administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment/onboarding process. In addition, this position will provide support to the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities



  1. Responsible for high-volume interview scheduling; coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Team, hiring managers, and candidates.
  2. Set-up orientation room for new hire orientation and onboarding.
  3. Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with coordination efforts for office professional talent acquisition.
  4. Assist with coordinating the orientation and onboarding of new employees.
  5. Assist with follow-up correspondence to job applicants, track the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and respond with follow-up letters/emails at the end of the talent acquisition process.
  6. Maintain employee locker assignments for the Plymouth facility.
  7. Maintain the ordering and service of employee uniforms for the Plymouth facility and administer new employee uniform orientations
  8. Assist with Affirmative Action Plan preparation, recordkeeping, and logging.
  9. Assist with the completion of the I-9 form and verification process.
  10. Assist with coordination of the Corporate Internship Program.
  11. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on the coordination and scheduling of workforce development initiatives such as job shadows, career day tours, student events, etc.
  12. Provide first level HRIS support including password resets, standard reports, and information requests.
  13. Scan and file appropriate documentation.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Additional secondary education is preferred.
  • Associate Degree in human resources, business or related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • One to three years of Talent Acquisition coordination or related Human Resources or administrative experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook & Office products and personal computer.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various levels of employees and job candidates.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Requires a high level of confidentiality.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills to frequently deal with job candidates, employees, management, and the general public.
  • Demonstrate decision-making skills.
