Pay: $12.00/hour



Shift Details:



  • Regular Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM & 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Training Schedule (3 weeks): 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM & 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM (Sunday-Saturday)



As a Call Center Operator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in managing communications. Your responsibilities include answering and routing calls via the switchboard, assessing emergency situations, documenting customer interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.

Who We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of call center or customer service experience Excellent communication, typing, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
