Overview ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Track and coordinate test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & LICENSURE: * Bachelor's degree in technical, science, or business discipline from an accredited college or university. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. * Prior military experience coupled with an understanding of RDT&E. WORK ENVIORNMENT: AA&E storage facilities, indoors and outdoors test and evaluation facilities and sites, medium-sized transport trucks, and for brief periods a shared office environment. Routinely, work is near, or is directly handling standard and non-standard ammunition and explosives. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described must be met to perform the essential functions of the job - able to: see, hear, and speak; repeatedly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds; sit for extended time; and use a personal computer and common peripheral devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, displays, printer). TRAVEL: None. WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE: DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
