Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Product Promotion Specialist to support the Product Line Managers in driving product awareness, enabling sales success and enhancing market position. This role will focus on executing promotional strategies, developing sales toolkits, and liaising with the regional teams to ensure our low-voltage motors achieve maximum market penetration.
As a key contributor to the Motion / IEC LV Motors division, you will collaborate with product management, sales, communications and regional teams to create impactful campaigns and materials that highlight our products' value propositions.

The role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division globally and reports to the Product Promotion Manager.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Product Positioning: Developing and implementing promotion strategies, ensuring strong product messaging, and coordinating with teams for launches and industry events.
*Internal Engagement: Supporting Product Line Managers in delivering effective webinars and workshops, creating compelling sales materials, and maintaining brand alignment.
*Lead Generation & Online Content: Driving campaigns to enhance market visibility and optimizing digital product content for engagement.
*Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring promotional effectiveness, refining messaging based on insights, and preparing performance reports.

Qualifications for the role
  • 5+ years in product promotion, marketing, or sales enablement in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Experience with electric motors or related industries is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with monitoring market trends, news and situation regarding the assigned product portfolio.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent storytelling ability to convey technical product benefits clearly.
  • Creativity & Execution: Strong skills in campaign execution, content creation, and event planning.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation.
  • Languages: Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
