This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50%) and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: Leads a high-performing creative services team, overseeing copywriting and creative functions to develop client-centric marketing. Champions innovative campaigns that align creative vision with business goals, ensuring the use of brand standards while driving marketing initiatives. Serves as a strategic product marketer for rural vitality and new concepts, identifying target audiences, crafting powerful messages and shaping experiences that drive engagement and rural impact. Develops and implements profitable go-to-market strategies, coordinating content, media and brand storytelling to elevate awareness and adoption. A typical day:
- Leads, mentors and empowers the creative team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative strategies aimed at enhancing sales team effectiveness.
- Fosters collaboration by integrating creative and copy initiatives with broader marketing and sales strategies.
- Identifies and implements short and long-term strategies and tactics for the department.
- Acts as the key liaison across rural vitality and outside marketing partners, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated annual marketing plans.
- Serves as a trusted advisor and point of contact for developing integrated marketing strategies to achieve Compeer's business goals and objectives.
- Assists with developing and exploring new marketing approaches, researching various marketing opportunities and options.
- Understands strategic goals for the business unit and develops annual integrated plans for new concepts to deliver on growth targets. Manages budgets and makes recommendations for marketing approaches to best utilize marketing budgets.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Advanced level of related experience in marketing, brand management or creative services, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Previous supervisory/management experience, preferred.
- Demonstrated success leveraging multiple marketing platforms to craft and deliver successful campaigns that resonate with a variety of audiences.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work and managing timelines.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing creative team.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $92,100 - $139,500 USD
