Staffmark is hiring! We are looking for an Administration Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves verifying micrometers to ensure they meet quality standards and are reading correctly. You will also be responsible for tagging equipment once verified. We're looking for someone
who is skilled with numbers and has experience with inventory management.

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Verify micrometers and ensure they meet accuracy standards.
  • Tag equipment after verification and calibration.
  • Manage and track inventory, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Handle office reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining office equipment and technology.



Required Skills/Knowledge:



  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality while staying organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of office equipment, computer software, and hardware functionality.
