This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining policies and procedures, and fulfilling certification requirements to achieve excellence in the care of transplant and cellular therapy patients. Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications :-
-Experience in the care of transplant and cellular therapy patients -Basic skills with Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Excellent communication skills. -Strong work ethics and accountability. -Employees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment to include N95 masks, Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR). Additional Information: This professional nursing position requires effective collaboration across multiple specialties, including apheresis, cell therapy processing, inpatient and ambulatory transplant units, research, emergency department, intensive care units, and infection control. Will actively participate in compliance audits and inspection readiness activities for certification and accrediting agencies, performing tasks such as frequent chart reviews, provider follow-ups, and regulatory reporting. Serving as a liaison, this role facilitates communication between pharmaceutical groups manufacturing immune effector cells for hematologic malignancy treatments and the transplant clinical program, as well as other specialties utilizing immune effector cell therapy. Will lead the development of educational modules and conduct in-service training sessions for staff involved in caring for patients undergoing this therapy. Additional responsibilities will focus on identifying and executing performance improvement initiatives to enhance program quality and outcomes.
