*Description*
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support a long term contract located in Dallas, TX. This position will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, coordinating with various cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Behavioral Health Center. The role requires frequent interaction with clinical stakeholders and technical teams, necessitating excellent communication and organizational skills. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities: * Manage the construction and implementation of a new Behavioral Health Center, including infrastructure, networking, cabling, and integration with clinical systems and workflows. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, applications, desktop support) to ensure seamless project delivery. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and managing their requirements. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and SharePoint. * Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep the project on track. Qualifications: *1. Project Management:* * Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Proficient in Microsoft Project and SharePoint. * Experience in identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies. *2.* *Technical Expertise:* * Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and healthcare technology systems. * Knowledge of nurse call systems, clinical workflows, and bed integrations (healthcare industry background is likely necessary) * Familiarity with cabling, AV systems, and network infrastructure. *3. Stakeholder Management:* * Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and clinical teams. * Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clinical stakeholders. * Experience in managing stakeholder requirements and expectations * Need to understand how to talk to physicians We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and persistent who will get the job done. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
