What We DoService mortgage accounts to ensure all Default Reporting codes and statues are updated accurately to follow all investor requirements and guidelines. Perform a variety of default loan servicing Default Reporting tasks within timelines and workflow processes on files. Processes are managed in accordance with established work rules, goals & objectives to improve accuracy and timeliness in accordance with investor requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Acts as team's resource and subject matter expert and /or actively mentors, coaches and leads less experienced team members

  • Develop process improvement in accordance with established work rules, goals and objectives to improve timeline and Default Reporting performance Service mortgage accounts to ensure a variety of Default Reporting status codes are processed in compliance with timelines and accuracy while maintaining compliance with Investor, Insurer, Agency and company guidelines

  • Conduct a complete review of files to ensure all default reporting status codes are accurate complete

  • Perform required research on any loan with questionable items such as the status codes or reasons reported on default loans

  • Manage exception reporting used as key controls for minimizing risk. Tracks trends and recommends process

    Improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • College preferred

  • 10+ years of directly related experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Salary Range: $ 65,550 - $87, 375 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
