Genesis10 is seeking a Transformation Analyst. This role is with a insurance company in Rolling Meadows, IL. This is an on-site, 12+ month, contract position.
Compensation: Up to $75 W2H
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing large projects, including facilitation of events/meetings with C-suite to front line, and creating deliverables needed for solutioning
- Understands business processes and can analyze, recommend, and influence future state processes, taking into consideration people, processes, and technology
- Train internal and external parties within-person class sizes of ~30 people and virtual class sizes up to 200+
- Obtain input from multiple areas of the organization to craft and deliver compelling recommendations (including people, process, and technology) to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
- Apply change management principles to successfully implement small to complex changes
- Apply high-level methodologies while creating custom approaches to events like Model Office and UAT
- Navigate multiple areas of the organization to gain alignment before executing
- Work within a highly collaborative team environment
- Responsible for understanding the end-to-end Underwriting process from clearance through subsequent transactions and renewals
- Responsible for defining and influencing key data points for metrics to help drive process and technical requirements, as well as reporting / metrics during implementation and continuous improvement phases
- Responsible for understanding technical solutions as well as manual process solutions to be able to solve complex business problems
- Owns and drives the business process definition and documentation of Business Process Flows
- Provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ Years of P&C Underwriting experience (preferably leading operations and/or acting in a business transformation consultant role) or equivalent experience
- Equivalent experience is defined as 12+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of business problems and identifying solutions
- Proven ability to adjust to changes within business strategy and/or project approach, often
- Proven strong analytical skills, especially with spreadsheets, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint presentations, word processing, and visual business process tools such as MS Visio
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates an aptitude to quickly learn business processes
- Ability to multi-task, manage details, and execute effective follow-through
- Proven advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to display a continued commitment to expanding the knowledge base through personal initiative and industry-sponsored courses/seminars
- Ability to perform effectively under tight timeframes with high standards, and bring about effective action through direction, example, and a collaborative team atmosphere
- To qualify, all applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require, now or in the future, VISA sponsorship for employment purposes

- Prosci Change Management
- PMP
