Roles and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Workfront Business analyst, you will bring considerable functional product expertise to deliver effective Workfront solutions to clients
- Your main responsibility will be Requirement Gathering on Workfront implementations, and lead Workfront discussions with business teams
- You will interact with key business and IT teams and lead all the requirement discussions
- Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders across regions to align business objectives and drive results.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Should have experience in Adobe Workfront Projects.
- Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow Requirements.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Experience in Agile Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, product owners, management, and senior leadership).
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working with stakeholders.
- You should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
- You should also be well-versed in computer programming and possess excellent communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors).
- Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies; developing "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- MBA degree is an added advantage.
