MPS provides back office support, warehousing, and, fulfillment for Macmillan US, and is their primary distribution facility for North America. Position Summary: The HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the HR team operates efficiently by managing administrative processes, supporting communications and scheduling efforts, and maintaining compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who aspires to grow into an HR leadership position.
