About the role

As a Testing Services Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the testing services portfolio, owning the portfolio backlog and prioritization, and nurturing a customer-centric culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

What you will be doing

Vision & Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the testing services portfolio, aligning with the overall business objectives.

Backlog Ownership:Own and manage the testing services portfolio backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.

Product Management:Define the testing services roadmap to meet market requirements in support of portfolio strategy by considering position in life cycle, service profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction, and sales success rate.

Customer-Centric Culture:Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into the testing services development process.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, professional services, client support, and infrastructure teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the testing services strategy.

Performance Metrics:Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the testing services portfolio and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing services portfolio, leveraging data and customer feedback to enhance service quality and delivery.

Stakeholder Management:Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.

What you will need

  • 10+ years' experience in financial services industry and associated products preferably in Testing Services.

  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence.

  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills and independent decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management stakeholders.

  • Client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization with team management skills.

  • Analytical, problem-solving skills.

  • Project management skills.

  • Requires leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability.

Added bonus if you have

  • Certification in Agile Project Management and/ or testing.

  • Knowledge of FIS Products
