Supply Chain Technician / Weekend Day Shift

The Supply Chain Technician will be responsible for supporting supply chain processes and operations activities, including wave planning, order fulfillment, and customer support, to meet the business's overall needs.

This is a weekend day shift, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Daily use of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Transportation Management System (TMS) will be required.
• Organizing and Releasing Work to ensure operational areas remain balanced and work released can be executed.
• Coordinate with customers internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of goods and help resolve any issues.
• Provided customer support for order fulfillment and past-due recovery and facilitated expedited shipment requests to meet customer demands.
• Cross-functional communication within the site and organization to achieve results within the role.
• Support and execute any other duties as assigned by the manager

Required Skills

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter and able to complete work with little supervision.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP Experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution role.
• SAP Experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
