Job Title: *Customer Service Representative*
Employment Type: *Contract to hire (4 months)* Pay Rate: $16 Work Set up - Fully Remote after 2 weeks of training in West Des Moines Location: 6905 Vista Dr, West Des Moines, IA 50266 Hours: Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Description: * Perform accurate and timely data entry. * Communicate with referral sources and obtain compliant documentation. * Enter referrals and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. * Assist with inventory and service selection. * Handle financial responsibilities for non-Medicaid patients. * Navigate EMR systems to retrieve documentation. * Collaborate with teams to facilitate the referral process. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
