Pay: $61K - $72K Environment: In office, 5 days a week 9-5, M-F Description Job Summary: The Senior Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for overseeing the servicing of loan accounts, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of loan processing, and providing advanced support to borrowers. This role involves handling complex inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and mentoring junior staff members. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the processing of loan payments and ensure accurate posting to borrower accounts. - Handle complex borrower inquiries and provide advanced support via phone, email, and in-person. - Assist borrowers with loan modifications, payment plans, and other servicing options. - Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate advanced collection efforts as needed. - Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and borrower interactions. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. - Prepare and distribute loan statements, notices, and other correspondence. - Perform regular audits of loan accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Mentor and train junior loan servicing representatives. - Provide support during internal and external audits. Skills loan servicing, financial services, banking customer service Top Skills Details loan servicing, financial services, banking customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications In-depth knowledge of all mortgage products and services, policies, and procedures and related regulations including reporting and Audit requirements. * Demonstrated ability to make complex decisions regarding a variety of financial activities. * Strong inclination toward new business development and track record of significant success in establishing new customer relationships. * In-depth knowledge of sales incentive programs. * Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to deal effectively with external corporate executives and Company's senior management. * Advanced accounting skills necessary to perform complex reporting and financial analysis functions. * Moderate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications. * Advanced written, oral and interpersonal skills with ability to recognize and respond to sales opportunities, deliver persuasive sales presentations and supervise employees. - 4+ Years of mortgage experience on the banking side Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $61984.00 - $71988.80/yr.
