*Description*
The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the client's billing issues, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Job Responsibilities * Provide timely customer service to incoming telephone calls in an automated call delivery environment * Assume ownership and respond to customer (internal/external) billing correspondence, complaints and inquiries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to achieve an optimal outcome * To ensure complete resolution of all customer inquiries; may need to coordinate end to end service with other business partners * Effectively navigate multiple systems (will be trained on internal systems and applications) to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries * Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills * Utilize basic understanding of product & process guidelines * As business priorities change, support other teams and process transactions as needed * Complete assignments and other duties as assigned Hours: Will be assigned a shift between 8am-7pm CST *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment * High School Diploma * Maintain performance standards within a fast-paced environment of customer service principles and practices * Strong data entry skills are required *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
