THE JOB:

As the Senior Manager of Race & Sportsbook, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance. You'll oversee daily operations, guide a high-performing team, and execute strategic initiatives to ensure we remain an industry leader in Race & Sportsbook services. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Direct and manage day-to-day sportsbook and race operations in line with company strategy and compliance standards.

• Ensure an engaging and professional environment where guests enjoy a best-in-class gaming experience.

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining high performance, training, and guest service standards.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for public and media-facing events.

• Participates in the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processesto ensure competitive position.

• Proactively identify suspicious activity and ensure all operations adhere to Title 31, gaming regulations, and company policies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• 2+ years of Race and Sports experience is required.

• Confident brand ambassador with a passion for innovation, driving new products and technologies to enhance competitive positioning.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive business goals, motivate teams, and maintain a guest-first mindset.
