Position Summary The Scholarly Communications Librarian will enhance the visibility and impact of scholarly research. This role primarily involves leading initiatives on scholarly communication, advocating for ethical publishing practices, recommending technological solutions, and working closely with HSLIC team members to integrate and elevate research services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in scholarly communication tools, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a strong analytical ability to navigate and influence the scholarly publishing landscape. This position offers the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment that values innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. This is a full-time, benefits eligible faculty position with a primary appointment in HSLIC. The UNM provides a diversified package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
