Schedule



  • Must be able to rotate weekly between shifts
  • 1st Shift | 8 AM - 4 PM
  • 2nd Shift | 4 PM - 12 AM
  • 3rd Shift | 12 AM - 8 AM
  • Pay | $16 per hour



Requirements

Must understand how all types of winders operate and how they are threaded. General skills required include manual dexterity, good strength, physical endurance, and hand-eye coordination. Must have a solid work history, preferably including six months in a manufacturing setting.

Extrusion Doffer Key Responsibilities



  • Walking the extrusion area to identify machines that will doff off during the current shift and organizing yarn pin trucks.
  • Placing yarn ID labels on winders, doffing yarn, and weighing full trucks before moving them to the appropriate location.
  • Burning waste yarn, collecting and baling waste, cleaning the work area, and ensuring safety practices are followed.
  • All work must be completed promptly, with doffs starting and finishing as directed by the supervisor, including completing any tasks that may extend into the next shift.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
