Position Summary

The Inside Sales Technology Representative (ISR) position optimizes inbound/outbound telephone, virtual meetings/presentations, and e-mail contact to sell our ever-growing technology solutions. Each ISR is responsible for an individual monthly/quarterly/annual quota focusing on recurring and non-recurring revenue targets set by Follett Software. Follett Software is growing at an incredible rate and is looking for professional salespeople with SaaS experience to join our sales team.

Position Scope

The Job:

Win new business and selladditionalsolutionsintoexisting clients in your designated,establishedterritory.



  • Manage the entire sales process fromprospectingto close.
  • Provideaccuratesales forecasts(weekly/monthly/qtrly) to managers
  • Leverage company CRM (Salesforce.com) as a resource and strategic sales tool


Prospect daily to generate your own opportunities and build a pipeline including but not limited to:



  • Provide product and service presentations/demonstrations via Phone & virtual meetingsand presentations.
  • Uncover and qualify new opportunities by probing for needs, understanding requirements and interpreting technical requirements of the customer or prospect.
  • Actively identifycross-selling, up-selling, and leadgeneration opportunities.
  • Develop an engaging, effective and flexible territory plan and strategy within assigned responsibility.
  • Meet daily activity goals set by FSS technology sales management
  • Exceed your assigned quota


Qualifications

Desired Skill Set:



  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven.
  • Ahigh-activitysalesperson that understands the direct connection between activity and success.
  • A history of sales achievement and exceeding quota. Experienced at closing deals.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills. Ability to command a conversationa must.
  • Detail oriented and able to managenumeroussales at once involving multiple buying personas.
  • Excitedabout a career in sales. Has decided sales is your chosen profession.
  • Naturally upbeat and optimistic.
  • Holds self-accountable. Eagerfor coaching and development.
  • Enjoys diving into the right challenges
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Minimum of 1 year as a high achieving sales representative who consistently exceeds sales goals. Experienced in closing sales deals.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
