Energy Transfer is a master limited partnership that owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States. In total, the Company owns and operates approximately 90,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids pipelines, terminals, and acquisition and marketing assets which are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refined products. Summary: The Manager - MHIC Operations - Terminal is responsible for the daily management and operations of the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex which is a premier NGL/LPG and refined products terminal and a fully functioning processing complex. Responsibilities encompass Safety, environmental stewardship, organizing, planning, and directing all aspects of daily MHIC Terminal operations and maintenance. Ensuring operational excellence, industry leading safety, environmental performance and customer service. This role includes expense accountability and capital plan execution and works directly for the Sr. Manager of Terminal assets. Administers capital and expense budgets annually and is accountable for business results for MHIC Terminal systems. Responsible for Terminal related metrics and KPI's. This position currently assists in managing both salary, hourly employees (represented) and contractors. This role has a current pay range of $143,000 - $160,000. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.
