Program Analyst

Yale New Haven Health
United States, Connecticut, New Haven
Apr 23, 2025
Overview

To be part of our organization, every employee should understand and share in the YNHHS Vision, support our Mission, and live our Values. These values - integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion - must guide what we do, as individuals and professionals, every day.

Under the supervision of the Heart and Vascular Center (HVC) leadership, the HVC Program Analyst will support the Yale New Haven Health Heart and Vascular Comprehensive Valve Center. Over the last decade research and advancements in our understanding of valvular heart disease coupled with less invasive ways to treat patients have led to new medical guidelines. To address this, novel technologies utilizing advanced data processing coupled with artificial intelligence (AI) have been developed as a new and emerging method to treat patients. Early studies utilizing these AI technologies have shown a significant improvement in the appropriate triage and management of these patients. As part of the new Comprehensive Valve Center at Yale New Haven Health, new AI technologies and software along with team members will improve patient care, decrease under-treatment and disparities, and improve outcomes. The HVC program analysis will work closely with HVC leadership and physician partners to support the Comprehensive Valve Center along with additional HVC programs and foundation funded projects. This oversight includes and is not limited to planning, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, managing, monitoring, reporting, researching, analyzing and providing technical assistance for HVC throughout the Yale Hew Haven Health System. The HVC Program Analyst is responsible for ensuring HVC foundation funded projects are on track and will collaborate with stakeholders to implement key changes. The HVC programs are a key strategic component for the Heart and Vascular Center across Yale New Haven Health System.
