Team oriented work ethic and ability to work well with operators, engineers and management Work in a safe and responsible manner Work across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups to ensure timely delivery of all Sundyne orders. Plan key parts milestones and drive requisitions accordingly Create and release requisitions for all purchase and make parts Forecast and resolve part shortages and resource bottlenecks while maintaining schedule Coordinate with purchasing on material and expedite requirements Become familiar with and develop a working knowledge of internal processes, customer specifications, and best practices Plan, process, track, status, report and expedite all job routings and Bill of Materials throughout the Sundyne manufacturing process. Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities Detailed status and reporting of projects throughout manufacturing, Assembly and Test Process Engineering Change Notices Comply with all Sundyne, ISO and OSHA regulations Develops, implements and trains other planners on continuous improvements projects This position will also have the responsibility to communicate to the manufacturing floor, priorities and schedules. Enters NCMs and follows up with appropriate personnel for disposition and closure

Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a planner role Planning experience in a manufacturing or construction setting MS Suite experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with JDE (or other MRP System) and Query (strategy program) preferred
