Salary Range starting at: $350/Week Job Description: The Lead Dining Hall Host & Snack Shop Lead will provide excellent meal services for all guests and sustain a professional and encouraging atmosphere in and around the dining hall. Camp Dates: May through the end of July. What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: Be a High School Student or above Background Checks: This position will require a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Must have experience working with children. Must have experience in relevant camp activities. Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; Must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 30 days of employment. Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: Supervises Dining Hall attendants and Dish Room attendants. Travel: Position may require occasional local travel, including the use of camp vehicles across the camp property. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a residential camp setting; Work will be expected at varying and flexible times, including overnight and some scheduled weekends.
