Job Title: Business Analyst-Solutioning POD Location(s): Miami, FL Job Description: Review and analyse the business requirements, prepare detailed functional specification documents. Involve in product testing before handing over to UAT, prepare user manual and customer demos. Analyse production support tickets and pass on to the dev team for technical issue.
