In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. You'll be responsible for specifying and designing end-to-end solutions, leveraging Nokia's portfolio of products, systems, and services, as well as third-party products when necessary. - Develops customer solution architecture in NSP projects.
- Proposes on products in customer solution and initiates necessary evaluations and validations.
- Keeps the knowledge of the dedicated customer architecture in dedicated technical area and regional requirements.
- Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.
- Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the client's requirements.
- Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organisations to achieve workable solutions.
- Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates an effective solution in specialised domains to meet customer's requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.
- Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time.
- Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organisations to achieve workable solutions.
- Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
You have:
- Bachelors or Masters degree. in information technology, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 8-10 years of work experience
- End to End architectural know how on following:
- Network Services Platform (NSP)
- Nokia IP/Optical networking
- OSS
- SDN Technologies
- Kubernetes, RHEL, KVM, Host OS and Linux components
- Python
- Practical Experience on designing and deploying NSP projects;
- Nokia Service Router Certifications and Nokia NSP IP Network Automation Certification desired.
- Strong technical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as being energetic, results-oriented and will have knowledge and experience with some or all the following areas:
- Experience conducting customer needs and requirements gathering workshops and interviews.
- Proven ability to transform customer needs and requirements into successful solution offerings and software specifications
- Knowledge of the telecommunications market, and network operations for the purpose of ideating automation solutions with Nokia customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with development teams, sales, account teams and program owners
- Software development experience in an agile environment
