A Brief Overview
The Director of Finance Operations is responsible for leading the finance operations team including third-party invoicing, billing, collections and client services. This role will provide strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes. This role may oversee revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation.

What you will do

  • Lead, motivate and develop financial operations team to drive top talent and engaged associates. Create and implement staffing plans to ensure optimal workload distribution, balancing team capacity with operational demands to achieve efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage service delivery of financial operations teams and processing, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. Develop and adjust robust metrics to monitor staff productivity and quality, setting clear expectations and drive accountability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to system efficiencies, operational process changes, including designing and implementing reporting, analytics, and KPIs to drive decision making.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the finance operations team in adopting and adapting to new systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Monitor the performance of implemented systems and processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality and address emerging needs.
  • Establish and build productive relationships with key stakeholders in Solutions, Sales, Technology to support collaborative efforts and strategic alignment.
  • Budget and forecast bad debt reserve
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance controls within Financial Operations, maintaining adherence to relevant standards, laws and client agreements.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 7-9 years Required
