The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across Maritz, partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Development (P&D) to deliver effective, efficient hiring strategies. This role will focus on both active and passive candidate engagement, maintain a best-in-class candidate experience, and ensuring alignment with company hiring practices and goals.
Reporting and Working Relationships
Primary Responsibilities 70% - Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, driving a seamless, thoughtful, and effective hiring experience from intake to onboarding.
30% - Sourcing, TA Projects, and Vendor Support
