THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Attendant, you will provide excellent guest service, create a safe and friendly environment, and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas in the Casino and public spaces. Your welcoming smile and exceptional service will create memorable guest experiences. By understanding each guest's unique story and needs, you will craft WOW moments and lasting memories.

STARTING RATE:$20.056 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sweep and remove wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from the floor.

• Clean and dust slot machines, chairs, and surrounding areas; remove scuff marks and drink spills.

• Clean biohazard areas and maintain high standards of sanitation.

• Vacuum assigned stations thoroughly, moving furniture as needed.

• Remove trash, replace ashtrays, and clean all ashtrays and trash cans.

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, ensuring safety and sanitation while working in hot Vegas temperatures.

• Respond to guest challenges promptly and provide professional, friendly service to exceed expectations.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and departmental policies to maintain cleanliness and quality in all areas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles
