Practice - AIA - Artificial Intelligence and Analytics About AI & Analytics: Artificial intelligence (AI) and the data it collects and analyzes will soon sit at the core of all intelligent, human-centric businesses. By decoding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, our clients can understand exactly what services, products, and experiences their consumers need. Within AI & Analytics, we work to design the future-a future in which trial-and-error business decisions have been replaced by informed choices and data-supported strategies. By applying AI and data science, we help leading companies to prototype, refine, validate, and scale their AI and analytics products and delivery models. Cognizant's AIA practice takes insights that are buried in data and provides businesses a clear way to transform how they source, interpret and consume their information. Our clients need flexible data structures and a streamlined data architecture that quickly turns data resources into informative, meaningful intelligence. Job Summary The Solutions Architect for Responsible AI Integration is responsible for enabling the successful deployment of Cognizant's Responsible AI (RAI) Framework and Platform across internal and client environments. This role brings the RAI strategy to life by integrating governance principles, framework components, and product features into technical systems and delivery pipelines. Working closely with product, framework, and governance leads, the Solutions Architect translates Responsible AI tooling into actionable implementation plans-ensuring that solutions are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with client and internal delivery goals. This role combines architectural design, hands-on integration, and enablement to support consistent and trustworthy adoption of Responsible AI across a wide range of contexts. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Integration Planning * Lead the technical planning and integration of Responsible AI tooling and framework components into AI systems and delivery environments. * Design reference architectures and solution blueprints that embed Responsible AI controls such as bias detection, model traceability, explainability, and audit workflows. * Translate product and framework specifications into implementation patterns suited for a variety of tech stacks, environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), and industry needs. * Ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations and Responsible AI principles during system and solution design. 2. Deployment & Implementation Enablement * Oversee the integration of RAI capabilities across the AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. * Support implementation teams with tooling configuration, integration testing, and operational handoff processes. * Develop reusable deployment templates, scripts, and guides to accelerate adoption of RAI tooling in new projects. * Establish escalation paths and resolution mechanisms for technical integration challenges. 3. Technical Architecture Support & Customization * Advise business units and client teams on how to tailor RAI platform components to meet specific domain, regulatory, or technical requirements. * Work with engineering and IT teams to ensure system compatibility, performance, and security of RAI components. * Ensure responsible AI implementation aligns with broader enterprise architecture and data governance strategies. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with the Framework Lead to ensure architectural coherence across integrations. * Collaborate with the Product Lead to shape platform capabilities based on real-world implementation feedback. * Coordinate with the Governance Lead to ensure deployed solutions reflect policy and regulatory expectations. * Serve as the technical liaison to internal consulting, sales engineering, and delivery teams supporting RAI deployment. 5. Client-Facing Enablement & Thought Partnership * Engage directly with clients to guide RAI integration during delivery and transformation initiatives. * Participate in solutioning and pre-sales efforts as a subject matter expert in Responsible AI implementation. * Contribute to playbooks, case studies, and workshops that demonstrate RAI solution value. * Help build technical and operational confidence in Cognizant's Responsible AI offerings. 6. Requirements and Qualifications Required Experience * 10+ years in solution architecture, AI/ML systems integration, or enterprise technology implementation. * Experience designing and deploying technical frameworks or tooling for compliance, risk, or governance. * Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML tools into production environments or delivery workflows. * Track record in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, delivery, and client functions. * * Knowledge & Competencies * Deep understanding of AI/ML development pipelines, model validation workflows, and MLOps toolchains. * Familiarity with Responsible AI domains (e.g., bias detection, explainability, fairness, accountability). * Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices. * Awareness of relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF). * Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders. Qualifications * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field. * Certifications in cloud architecture, enterprise solutioning, or AI/ML infrastructure. * Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector) with AI or data governance needs. * Familiarity with responsible AI platforms, assurance tools, or risk frameworks. #LI-EF1 #CB #Ind123 Applications will be accepted until 2 May 2025.
