Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager
Location(s): Thousand Oaks, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- The Manager will be responsible for executing on organizational effectiveness strategies around knowledge transfer in support of onboarding new staff at the India Site.
- The Manager will work with the Technology Organizational Effectiveness Team tdefine and drive a sustainable knowledge transfer process that enables a seamless timebound staff experience for DTI Stakeholders, including the new hires at the India Site.
Specifically, this role will:
- Manage and deliver on assigned scope with limited oversight.
- Partner with key stakeholders, hiring managers and experts to:
- Leverage the Technology/Artificial Intelligence & Data learning and onboarding process tdevelop Learning for Performance plans and knowledge transfer plans for onboarding DTI staff in various roles in India.
- Identify potential knowledge transfer gaps, build plans taddress gaps, and coordinate with key stakeholders and hiring managers tensure gaps are addressed.
- Develop an approach taddress sustainment and management of knowledge transfer assets, including content repositories and on-going activities for on-boarding new staff.
- Identify post on-boarding learning needs and provide templates for hiring managers tincorporate intStaff Upskilling plans.
- Provide consistent communications and engagements with key stakeholders around initiative needs, deliverables, and risks.
- Appropriately escalate issues that may impact Technology's strategy implementation through coordination and engagement with key stakeholders as well as internal line management.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of learning and/or talent management experience.
- Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels.
- High level of situational awareness tassess impacts of organizational change.
- Experience developing a set of actionable and targeted plans, including communications, coaching, training, resistance management and sponsor roadmaps.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Possess a basic understanding of SAFe and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent oral and presentation skills; ability tnegotiate, influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated Program Management Skills.
