THE JOB:
Step into a role where exceptional service meets timeless comfort food. As a Food Server at The Henry, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences by taking and delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks with accuracy and efficiency. This position also involves performing side work, general cleaning, and preparing assigned stations to ensure seamless service.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $14.0223 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver exceptional service to guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Guide guests through the menu and expertly upsell food and beverage options.
• Accurately itemize checks and handle payments.
• Keep side stations and service areas clean and fully stocked.
• Communicate guest needs quickly and clearly with culinary and leadership teams.
• Anticipate, respond, and elevate the guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior Food Server experience within a full-service dining establishment is a bonus.
