The Clinical Social Worker I is a licensed clinician that conducts psycho-social assessments and interventions with patients/families and serves as a liaison with multi-disciplinary care team and external community agencies to implement interventions. Other Information SCOPE & LEVEL Guidelines: Developmental, standard, or intermediate level. Guidelines are generally numerous, well established, and directly applicable to the work assignment. Work assignment and desired results are explained by general oral or written instructions. Complexity: Work assignment is performed within an established framework under general instructions but requires simultaneous coordination of assigned functions or projects in various stages of completion. Decision Making: Decisions or recommendations on non-standardized situations are limited to relating organizational policies to specific cases. Brings non-routine issues to supervisor. Problems that are not covered by guidelines or that are without precedent are taken up with the supervisor. Communications: Contacts with team members, clients or the public where explanatory or interpretive information is exchanged, gathered, or presented and some degree of discretion and judgment are required within the parameters of the job function. Supervision Received: Performs work with minimal supervisory oversight. Under supervision, the employee receives assignments and is expected to carry them through to completion with independence. Work is reviewed for adherence to instructions, accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard practice or precedent. Frequency of supervision is determined by licensure status. Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $63,317.59 to $94,976.38 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
