Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Build and install optical modules in a laser Align optical modules in a laser Make sure specs are met during alignment of laser Troubleshoot and resolve issues on laser alignments Follow procedures and checklists when building and aligning a laser Work inside a class 100 cleanroom Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers Preferred Qualifications Hands on experience using Digital Multimeter equipment is preferred. You are able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and calipers. You demonstrate excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization. You are dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision. A demonstrated ability to work with little or no instruction on routine work, and with general instructions on new assignments. A willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and strive for continuous improvement. You are able to work extended hours, including weekends. You are able to stand, sit, bend, and periodically lift up to 50 pounds with assistance Minimum Qualifications 4 years of related experience or bachelor's degree.
