Genesis10 is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a contract with our client in Lennox, IA.
This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader with at least 5 years of experience in human resources, including several years in a managerial capacity.
What You'll Be Working On:
Leading and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
Supporting growth and communication activities across the organization
Partnering closely on talent acquisition strategies for the site
Participating in supplemental leadership activities to support organizational effectiveness
Mentoring and developing junior HR Managers and HR Business Partners
What They're Looking For:
Proven HR management experience, ideally in dynamic or fast-paced environments
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
A collaborative mindset and passion for people development
Ability to influence, guide, and support senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50- $60
