Genesis10 is seeking a Business Consultant, Sr. This role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 6+ month contract position 100% fully remote. Compensation: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Responsibilities: Conducts research and drafts correspondence to clients in response to sales practices complaints filed against the field force involving complex and sensitive issues Complaints involve all products and services Works under the direction of case handlers on the team to ensure the timely resolution of complaints in an efficient, cost-effective, and cooperative manner Conducts research and drafts correspondence for investigations of field sales practices, including suspected fraud, violations of company policy, and Client and State Insurance Department laws and regulations Conducts project work as needed Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent combination of education 6+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical skills to analyze insurance or investment activity and information from many different sources to gather as much information about the complaint as possible for a case handler to make a well-informed decision of the proper resolution of the case Proven public-facing written communication skills Draft robust written correspondence to clients on complex non-standard client experience matters and compliance issues There may be some cases where template language can be used to start with, and in some cases, there may be no prior precedent that has been set Knowledge of either insurance or investment products and operations Preferred to Have: Experience in the financial services, Insurance, or Investment industry Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Pre-Law Experience responding to regulatory bodies Experience using Artificial Intelligence to help draft written communications Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
