The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced absence management professional to join our Total Absence Management team as an Account Manager. How you will make an impact at TPG The primary role of a Total Absence Management Account Manager is to provide varying levels of client management, support the execution of client service strategy initiatives, serve as the subject-matter expert on any leave or disability-related inquiries, and assist with the development of client deliverables. The Account Manager will provide day-to-day support for clients as well as the Account Executives, Consultants, and/or Practice Leaders on the team. In addition, Account Managers contribute to the department's operational and strategic initiatives which support the success of our practice. A typical day in this role
Key details Location: Remote (or option for hybrid/onsite from one of our offices in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho) **NOTE: This is a remote position, but applicants must be physically located in and authorized to work in the United States. Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 annually, DOE Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
