Site Lead

Advantage xPO is partnering with one of our top clients to find a talented Site Lead ready to lead facility operations and drive results. Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hr (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support all facility management and maintenance activities
• Oversee safety, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair work (routine and on-demand)
• Supervise subcontractors and 1 maintenance team member
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, issue resolution, and service delivery
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure site safety protocols are followed
• Manage operations to stay within budget and meet performance goals
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed
• Develop and implement operational programs for the site

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Knowledge of safety practices including Fall Protection, LOTO, and HazCom
• Lift certification (boom/scissor) preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on skills in mechanical systems, building maintenance, and site upkeep
• Experience managing contractors and internal teams
