Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking to grow your skills with a reliable company? Staffmark is hiring for a CNC Operator position in Canonsburg, PA, with flexible shifts and competitive pay based on experience.

Available Shifts:



  • Weekend Daylight: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM



Pay: Based on experience

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, editing, and operating Haas CNC machining centers while ensuring all parts meet quality standards using precision measuring instruments. You'll use software such as Syteline and Dispatch throughout your shift and interpret technical drawings and schematics to complete jobs accurately. Clear communication with the Quality, Engineering, and Supervision teams is key to ensuring smooth operations. You'll be expected to follow all company policies and safety procedures and may be assigned additional duties to support production goals.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of CNC machinist experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with InventorCAM post-processing is a plus
  • Strong interest in G-code and programming
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work within close tolerances
  • Proficient in shop math with solid verbal and written communication skills
